Post-cleaning processes
Once cleaned using Dry Ice the ultimate is to treat the underside of the vehicles with a corrosion protective. Commonly used wax or lanolin products are temporary protectives but Kleenwerks prefers and recommends the hard film clear or black Dinitrol products which create a permanent coating on components such as suspension.
In addition small components such as brackets can be powder coated, not only for appearance but to also protect these small components from further deterioration.
HTW Automatic Parts Washer
Also known as a Rotary Basket Wash this large machine can accommodate components up to the size of an engine block or gearbox casing. Using Bio-Circle water based and environmentally friendly cleaning fluids this hot-wash process is fast and effective at removing the majority of surface contamination
HP Vigo Parts Washer
The Vigo machine is operated manually by a skilled technician and is capable of cleaning the internals, and intricate shapes of automotive components. This enables complicated shapes such as manifolds to be cleaned to very high standards. Using Bio-Circle multi-metal compatible, water-based fluids The Vigo machine allows the manual handling and manipulation of smaller but more complex parts. Ideal during restoration or for Motorsport application.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
The Ultra-Sonic machine is a large automatic industrial scale bath .
Well-known technology, using high-frequency sound waves which create cavitation bubbles, combined with the effectiveness of the Bio-Circle products, the Ultrasonic bath is large scale and can effectively clean large components removing rust and paint from metal surfaces using water based technology
Bio-Circle GT Maxi
The GT Maxi looks like a conventional workshop parts washer capable of manually cleaning smaller components rapidly and effectively.
The significant difference compared with the majority of machines is that the process is entirely solvent-free using a Bio-Static water based chemical system which minimises disposal of the fluid whilst being entirely VOC free
This allows any components removed during Dry Ice cleaning to be cleaned rapidly prior to re-fitting
